shoulder straps too long

I've found that my shoulder straps are too long for me. How do you guys feel about trimming them on their ends so they are not too long? Will that look worse than having them too long on the armor?

Can you not just move them further down the chest plate and back plate ??

Yeah, they can extend pretty far back. Mine almost touch the box in the back plate. Seems like they go far on most screen caps.

Tk 2327 and I thought they might be a bit long on me and not look correct, but if I can put more of the length down the back then thats fine with me.
