So I have my TK on order, boots and comm equipment too.

I was looking for some advice on where to get hold of the following:

-undersuit

-neckseal

-E-11

I keep heading back towards ebay but am aware of the minefield that can be  . Also, wandered into SDS which is a little expensive (although that E-11 does look pretty sweet) and I don't like the look of the neckseal

If anyone could help point me to some decent suppliers that would be real helpful, Thanks ;)

I live in the US but bought my undersuit from:---------- It has a double zipper so you can pee easily :)

Doopydoos is based in the UK so it's a lot cheaper for you than for me: --------

And I had my own neckseal made so you're on your own for that ;)

This is the only 501st requirement for ANH stunt: "

Black with horizontal ribs, fitted to the wearer, and extending from the base of the neck to the top of the Adam's apple. "

As long as it looks screen accurate you shouldn't have any issues!

Go for doopydoo ;)

You can get deacivated Stirlings in the UK, so you could go that way as well.

I wouldn't try to troop with a stirling, though. They're too heavy for trooping!

Great tips, thanks so much guys. I've just finished building an EE-3, so hopefully the E-11 from doopy doos should go well too! :) Would love to get hold of a deactivated stirling though... :shok:

a real sterling is only too heavy to troop with if you've got 9" forearms.

anyone with mustard can carry a sterling on a troop, it's not the weight, it's the legal issues on all counts!

even you have to make a special harness system to carry a 7 lbs metal tube in a holster.
