Flawless. Unless I missed something, you hit all the requirements. Also, it's a fantastic build - did you do it yourself?

Ugh - my memory is going. Geez, I'm just floored with the attention to detail. I agree with Billy H - the move to Lexan scissors has been a sea change for how TK's were built.

Yippee! Nice to get a fellow Centurion in Norway :-P

Congratulations on a well built kit and kudos for having an excellent eye for details.

 

I also really like the fake strapping brackets, awesome idea.

They might even be built into the Centurion standards one day, who knows..?

Hey Acima - how did you achieve the darkened wood weathering on the stock of the DLT-19?

 

Just painted some dark brown on it, and before it could dry wiped some off with a paper towel. I just used normal acrylic paint from the craft store. Takes very short time to dry, so take it in small sections at a time. You can also do a darker brown or black coat over it to give it a even more worn feel.
