SolderMaster Posted January 12, 2012 Report Posted January 12, 2012 Can some of you taller...over 6 foot ATA armor owners point links to your build threads here. A fellow ATA builder needs to see how to close the gap between the back and kidney plate. He is almost 6'2" and has about a 3 inch gap. Thanks! Quote
TK_LEPER Posted January 12, 2012 Report Posted January 12, 2012 Pick up some white vinyl (pleather) from a fabric store. Either use industrial strength velcro, or make snap tabs to attach it to the inside. Quote
kevster[TK] Posted January 13, 2012 Report Posted January 13, 2012 Heres mine, I'm 6 foot and don't really have a problem with the back and kidney. I did what jesse said, I have snap plates at the bottom of the back and the top of the kidney thats held together with black elastic. My problem mainly lies with how much of a gap there is in my legs. But for some reason it doesn't seem so bad on other people. Post some picks up please when hes got everything. Quote
