spoox[501st] Posted March 15, 2008 Report Posted March 15, 2008 I been trying to find some good non stop ambient CD's. Any suggestions out there? I need it for relaxation and sleep therapy. I have bad insomnia and I found out that this type of music really calms my mind. Quote

Trooper Jerry[501st] Posted March 18, 2008 Report Posted March 18, 2008 I like modern rock: SlipKnot, Disturbed, Godsmack, Korn, and some older metal like Megadeth, Metallica, Priest & Maiden. Sometimes I'm mellow: Daughtry, Jack Johnson. Was a huge fan of the Police, saw them this past summer. As a TK I believe we should all be big fans of John Williams. Quote
