What should the punishment be

Ok the title says it all . What should be the punishment for losing a Garrison coin ? He was coined be 2 of us the other day and he said that he cant find it and has no clue were it is at . It has to be good to teach him a lesson . He is a news paper editor so it has to kinda stay clean ( so i can put it in the paper ) but also teach him a lesson . I will do ( or make him do ) the 2 best ideas

if a garrison coin is lost, the image of the coin must be tattooed or branded on the body of the person so it can never get misplaced

Typically in the military, if a guy doesnt have his coin on him at a gathering he buys a round of cheer for those who have their coin. Now if he didnt have it when u guys checked him, he should have bought you the booze or whatever. So if he doesnt come up with it hes gonna be a broke SOB
