More snaps plus Ive added a return edge to the butt plate where it was cut from the back plate.

Im thinking that i wont need to do this to the back plate as it will be covered by the belt?

Back of torso assembled.

Test fit of the torso.I just need to add some shims at the sides and im thinking of trimming the return edge of the mid back plate just a bit as it realy sticks into my back.

 

 

Not sure about the gap I have here between the back plates.

I increased the length of the shoulder straps to lower the back plate and It does seam to sit down better on my shoulders now.

Looking really good, I would just lower the back piece a bit. If your tall maybe increase the gap between the butt and kidney plate, this will be hidden under the belt.

Ive cut out the shoulders and now onto the biceps.Im butt joining my armor.I know the AP is made so you can lap join but I want to be a bit more screen accurate.

 

 

 

definitely a harder route but I think its worth it.

Glueing the left shin.

I found it a good idea to put tape under the magnets as they do mark the ABS.

My belt.

I brought my canvas from an art supply shop.

I cut the canvas 12 inchers wide and from the outside I folded inwards 3 inchers from both sides and ironed the crease.

Then in half again.Now at 3 inchers the width of my belt.

Sewing both sides.

Then I inserted a 8 inch plasic strip to take the weight of the holster.

With velcro sewn on the finnished cavas belt.

Addind the ABS to the belt.

I drilled the three holes in the ABS and lined it up with the canvas belt, marked and punch the holes.

Then I added the two female snaps to my cavas belt that hold the belt in place with the armor.

then pop riveted the ABS to the belt with a small washer on the canvas side.

The male snaps on either side of my ab plate.

The belt asambled and attached to my ab plate.
