the price is pretty good compared to others i have seen, but it is lacking in the fine details IMO. still i think it is a "close enough" attempt for centurion at this point.

 

the only detail that really stands out at first glance is the t-tracks

 

myself, i would ask about the seller on flagship eclipse or the legion boards before buying one. there may be other makers within the legion

So looking at sabers and ran across the one Vern posted as a link.

The maker is Vavatron Sabers running around $250 will this saber pass for Centurion?

Just wanted to add another source for the TKC saber or the Starkiller saber. The saber that I had built is very sturdy and has a good weight to it. The Luxeon LED is very bright and combined with the Petite crouton sound card which is 100% programmable from sound fonts to the sensitivity and also drives the LED more accurately and makes the blade brighter. The saber body is machined steel and aluminum and is of duelling quality build. Also the saber is charged with a Li-ion quick charger. He does not supply the blade itself but it fits most 1" OD blade Great customer service as well.

I am looking at doing a TKC in the near future with my second armor kit sitting in my basement.  Thalizar, have you been happy with your saber and is that one that can get 501st approved ?
