This can happen when you don't log into the forum, you need to do so every year between census to census. You could request your GML updates your affiliation, then this should be updated prior to the next elections as the LWM's have an automated process.

Yes, there are some things you can't get access to with being an approved Stormtrooper.

You need to log on to the forum at least once each census year (November - October) to remain active.

In addition to access to the FISD, please change may "member" status to "Stormtrooper."

This link works if I don't change the anything. If I change the number to my Tk Id it brings up the German Garrison.

I hope it shows what I am seeing in order to grant access to the FISD.
