1) finish the second half: cut some keys, apply plenty of vaseline, pour resin

2) use the now finshed mold to make a back-up (the oringal sculpt is proably being destroyed while removing it from the silicone)


 


3) using the mold, a plasticine sculpt is made.


 


4) Pour some plaster over the plasticine sculpt. Let dry. Remove plasticine.

After some trial and error, I made a partial cast.

What do you say? Am I on the right track :D?

 

This was the "dress rehearsal". 

 

Now I move on to the real thing!

4) Pour some plaster over the plasticine sculpt. Let dry. Remove plasticine

5) Cast neck seal

6) Repeat 5)
