Darth Hilarious Posted June 16, 2011 Report Posted June 16, 2011 Tried them on for a test fit, and after walking 10 feet they were already a good 30 degrees out of whack. Any suggestions? I was thinking of making a strap at the bottom to go around my foot (inside the boot, of course). I'm guessing this would also stop them riding up. Quote
john danter Posted June 16, 2011 Report Posted June 16, 2011 That's s long strap from your bells to your feet You mean the shins I take it Cut a little off the lower curve, pad your shin or try not to have them do tight...? Padding works for me Quote
Darth Hilarious Posted June 16, 2011 Author Report Posted June 16, 2011 I'll give the padding a go. They're certainly not too tight- I was wearing them 'Tantive IV' style. Quote
NoVATie[Admin] Posted June 16, 2011 Report Posted June 16, 2011 Some foam right under my knee or a curved piece that rests on the middle of my shin keep mine from turning. Quote
sith_241 Posted June 16, 2011 Report Posted June 16, 2011 I do this... But i also wear them pretty tight. Quote
Laspector[TK] Posted June 16, 2011 Report Posted June 16, 2011 I run a few strips of that insulation foam tape down the insides. About 10 inches long each. Never had a problem. Quote
