TFDarkside
This may be more of a thickness issue, but in AZ my storage space gets HOT. 120-140 degrees Fahrenheit in the Summer. Can anyone share info on this? Will some armor bend/reshape/melt in a clustered storage bin? Thanks for any advice!
TK bondservnt[501st]
best stored indoors in the dark, in a cool dry place. think- "closet" not garage.
NoVATie[Admin]
A quick google search suggests the melting points of ABS and HIPS is above 140F, closer to 185-220. Still, if given a choice, I would find a cooler place to store the armor.
SuperTrooper
The plastic should take the heat with no problem. Depending on the adhesive you use to assemble the armor and strapping setup it many not. Storing your costume in a hot car for a little while is one thing, but I agree with what's been posted that the majority of the time it should be indoors.
