LittleOne Posted June 12, 2011 Report Posted June 12, 2011 HI Guys, when you glue the strapping to your parts when you build your armor, how much e6000 should you put , i know it is a weird question but you want to avoid spills when the parts are squeezed together... any tips or tricks on that one? i have read many threads but so far i have not read anything on the quantity of glue you should put on... thanks Quote
SW1 Posted June 12, 2011 Report Posted June 12, 2011 When iam using E6000 ont he finishing strips that go on to the armour parts i run a 3mm beed line right down the center of the armour parts and a 2mm beed line on the back of the finishing strips then earth magnet the parts together jobs a gooden , and hardley any overspill of glue i found with e6000 less is more Quote
kevster[TK] Posted June 12, 2011 Report Posted June 12, 2011 For me, i've found as long as you get a thin layer over the whole surface on both sides, it will be just fine. Quote
