Question about ammo pouch

Hi guys !

 

I'm planning to be Centurion with my incinerator and so, I had one little question about the ammo pouch.

 

Let's see some pics !

I think the most accurate is the mp40, but the proportions are not good...

Can I make my own from scratch or is mine ok for centurion (I don't think so but it's alwqays free to ask ) ?

 

Another question : I think my pauldron is nearly ok but it has to be more smooth. So, can someone tell me what can I use to make it smooth ? I don't want to see the folds anymore, it has to be perfectly smooth

the ammo pouch does look rather large compared too the game reference, but i will have to ask about that and get back to you.

 

the pauldron can be smoothed by inserting curved plastic and/or relaxing the bend a bit.

 

another thing i can see is your helmet brow trim has too much of an angle

 

that will have to be corrected

 

and you will need latex hand guards with black rubber gloves

Don't know if ICN strictly needs to be leather, but I searched for a while around and I didn't saw any 3+1 leather pouch. But I saw these (which these are the ones I bought for my HWT)

you could try to modify your leather pouch (i am modding my pouch to be closer to the game style), and a canvas pouch is fine as long as you dye it black

Hi !

Here's what I did with my heavy leather ammo pouch.

Not easy to cut this kind of leather with only a pair of cisors... My right hand is dead

 

Cutting pieces from the belt part of tha ammo ouch I cut about a year ago (I'm glad I kept it ^^)

 

Cutting the top of the closure parts (realy hard to do ^^")

 

And finally, the modified ammo pouch called V3 (V1 was to tall but ok for 501st, V2 was less tall and ok for EI, this should be ok for Centurion (I hope so xD))

Well if it's not ok, I'll have to buy another one

I'm back with this thread 'cause I've got one question.

My ammo pouch is heavy : real piece of leather strapped only on the left shoulder. I've got a big scoliosis and my back specialist told me yesterday that if this piece hurts me, then I have to remove it before the end of the event.

 

So, to prevent that, I'm planning to rebuild it with other material but I want it to looks like exactly the one I have so far (see the pic below).

 

 

 

Any idea on what I can do ?
