JoeR Posted May 7, 2011 Report Posted May 7, 2011 (edited) Mark and I have donated a set of CfO ROTJ Stormtrooper Armour which the talented folks of the UK Garrison will be assembling and giving away in a charity raffle this weekend at the National Space Centre in Leicester, UK. Entry to the raffle is just £2! May the Fourth be with you! Thanks to Gary Hailes for organising this. Have a great weekend folks... Joe, Mark and Rob CfO Ps: Thanks to Paul aka TM for altering our logo and using it as a signature without telling us on the MEPD! You can see Paul's handy work below! Edited May 7, 2011 by JoeR Quote

JoeR Posted May 7, 2011 Author Report Posted May 7, 2011 Sorry fellas I believe that you have to be there in person to enter. As it's for charity we thought it was worth mentioning here. Joe Quote

sskunky Posted May 8, 2011 Report Posted May 8, 2011 Thanks again for the warm welcome guys. I'm glad we could help by donating the suit for a great cause. Quote
carbonitekid Posted May 8, 2011 Report Posted May 8, 2011 Gutted I was not able to drag myself and the rest of the VR squad up . Sadly other commitments took precedent. I hope the build was well documented. Good on you Joe and Mark for the donation. P.S The builder in the pic is Colin (HeathrowTrooper). I "think" he is a member here. Quote
abaddon_1974 Posted May 8, 2011 Report Posted May 8, 2011 I managed to get to the National Space Centre and bought a few tickets. Don't think I will win but it's for a good cause. The suit looks fantastic in the flesh and if I ever decide to do a TK it will probably be one of these. Craig Quote
