I am quite skinny. I've trimmed the biceps and forearms of my suit, but the shoulder bells don't sit nicely around the bicep! Is there a trick for closing them a little? (heatgun, maybe?)

i wouldn't worry too much, once you wear the rest of the armour, all of you will be/look much bigger so it would make it look normal.

I was partly thinking that. Also, I don't mind Warhammer 40K shoulders. I guess I'm just a bit over-worried about making things fit nicely.

Thanks for the super quick reply!

No problem!

And if you still think it looks weird, try posting a picture and the rest of us here could give you some input.

I have a similar problem with my Shoulder Bells....if i put them into what i consider a comfortable position they are actually under my bridges.

Been looking for a solution to it myself.

Yeah, I chopped close to three inches off my first FX shoulders. Maybe a little too much :P but they were HUGE. They practically covered my entire arm, reaching my elbows. I ended up replacing the elbows, chest & back with TE lineage armor.

Here's how I modified a set of AM shoulders which are pretty much the same as FX shoulders.

Sorry for the lack of pics. I would post some now, but I've already gotten helpful answers. :P Just to explain (which I should have already done), I'm not concerned about the length of the bells, but the girth is ridiculous on my skinny arm. I think I'll have a crack at heating them and pressing them closed.

Thanks everyone. The next round of blue milks are on me.

I'm selling my flexible hips ones for £20 mind?

I'm slightly tempted... but I'll decline.

If I screw these ones up, and yours are still for sale, however...
