Hi gang just got my new AP Armor and I need some budget nice looking Hovi mic tips.

I need your advice guys, are doopydoos hovis nice and accurate. do they have some interior details (I wont put speakers in them)

Anyone can send me a closeup of these tips on the helmet??

Also I need to buy some stunt lenses, (I really wont some lens you can't look in) any advice I'm in sydney australia so I cannot seem to find grade 3 welding sheilds. ( I might paint the inside of my helmet black too any advice on this.)

I really appreciate your help guys.

Regards,

No, Doopydoos mic tips aren't accurate. There is no internal "tit", the mesh is really inaccurate, and for the price there is no bolt behind to attach it to the helmet...

If you want good mic tips, go for Keith's ones. ;)

The doopys hovi's are pretty good for the price, they dont have the "nipple" inside but they are nice clean casts and come with the screen allready fitted.

They dont have bolts allready fitted but are easy to thread i simply drilled/tapped into them as they are thick enough to hold the thread secure.

heres a close up of the tip:

Here they are installed:
