Jester
ok i just glued one side of each bicep and foram now on the oppisite side of the bicep do i use the velcrco like i most probly will on the forarm or just glue the bicep together? Also was bit messy on one of the biceps with a bit of over spill from the glue but i think i should be able to hide it if i have it facing inwards. But if not is there any thing to clean it up with ? or quick rub down and spray the seam if i get some fusionx spray?

Most people glue both side of the biceps and forearms. It's usually only the calf peice that tends to be 100% velcro closable. Cant get it on otherwise
john danter
oh, and try to get 2 part supreglue off ebay. It dries clear so if you do overspill, it doesn't show. 1 part glue, 1 part activator spray. Loads sell it. Soudal is one

firebladejedi[TK]
I used the clam shell idea when putting together both forearms and the biceps, i can slip the forearms on just without opening them but usually do a little and there is no way i could get them off with out doing so. The biceps go on and off ok without undoing them but its just incase i build myself up ( like thats going to hapen soon, ive been a salad dodger for most of this year, lol).. I have the glued part at the front and velcro part at the back as not many people really look at you closely from behind. Thats the way i would do it, depending on your size and the kit your working with
Thumper[TK]
Jester, I read on another site you can use fine sandpaper to clean up the ABS glue spill, then use your ABS polish to buff out the scratch marks. I'm not sure how well this works as I haven't had the "oppportunity" to try it yet. You might want to experiment on a scrap piece of ABS. Good luck. TK8280
I glued my forearms, and bideps tigether, my calfs are the only thing that has velcro on it in the back... But there are those of us who don't have thin arms like the OG troopers...so, i would sy just do what works for you in the end
Eroach
I ended up gluing the main visible sides, while using velcro on the other sides, just to allow easier access if need be. in saving that I can slip on my forearms, and biceps without releasing the velcro. Guess its always better to be safe than sorry as they say. So yeah like others have said, go with what works best for you.
