Nice job on the ears! The brow is a little low if you're going for ANH stunt. You can either rotate the cap back, or trim it slightly more.

Nice job Jason. Yes you should take a sandpaper and trim the eyes a little more.

On my AP i didn't like the bump on the right eye so i heated up the bump and flatenned it down a little but many just leave it to be movie accurate.

Have you done your lenses yet, and what method do you plan on using to install them? I only ask because the method I used would have been a million times easier prior to assembly.
