Daetrin[Admin] Posted March 13, 2011 Report Posted March 13, 2011 Wow, this looks great and very nice attention to detail! Seems this is a great month for incinerators Quote
HardHitDrummer Posted March 13, 2011 Report Posted March 13, 2011 John your armor is simply beautiful ! You are one of the 501st true artist and craftsman, each and every backpack you create is a work of art . I am honored to own one of your pieces. Your build and paint job is awesome, great work ! Quartermaster[501st] Posted March 14, 2011 Author Report Posted March 14, 2011 Thanks everyone for the positive feedback so far. I am really happy with how it's turning out. Got the rest of the armor pieces painted today. Getting close now!!!! Quote
Quartermaster[501st] Posted March 14, 2011 Author Report Posted March 14, 2011 All the painting is completed. Still have to do some light weathering. I'm not gonna go to heavy. A few chips and scratches here and there. Layed it all out to see how it looks. Forgot to put out the red pauldron. Quote
bluehickey Posted March 14, 2011 Report Posted March 14, 2011 John, this looks so great! I love how beautiful the helmet turned out the most! Quote
Quartermaster[501st] Posted March 15, 2011 Author Report Posted March 15, 2011 John, this looks so great! I love how beautiful the helmet turned out the most! Thanks Ryan. I am really pretty stoked about it. Can't wait to troop it! Quote
Quartermaster[501st] Posted March 24, 2011 Author Report Posted March 24, 2011 Here is a few more progress pics. Helmet interior and Pauldron Mod are completed. I installed 2 small squirrel cage style fans in the lower front of the helmet. They run on 9v batts each with the on/off switches mounted in a small projecct bow witch is velcroed into the rear of the bucket. Plenty of freash air. Also mounted my Memorex wireless transmitter and mic into the helmet as well. Pauldron mod completed to have it angle and curve slightly down over my shoulder as per the game screen caps. Quote
LittleOne Posted April 1, 2011 Report Posted April 1, 2011 More to come soon! I absolutely love that black color in the helmet. it makes it look like an actual helmet instead of a prop replica....now you are giving me an envy to pain the insides black....grrrrrrrr Quote
Star Raider[TK] Posted December 12, 2011 Report Posted December 12, 2011 Can I ask what company and colour code (Shade) of red you used? Quote
