My cousin and I are the Exact same size, 5ft 10in. and 150-160lbs. I have FX, he wants FX but they no longer make it.

I have both kits. AM is considerably bigger than FX. My FX required shimming to fit me in the arms, legs, and waist. On the AM, I actually had to trim away plastic in those areas.

For someone of your screen-accurate size, I would highly recommend TM or one of the TE-derived kits (AP, ATA, TE2, T/MC, etc.)

Couldn't agree more. He's pretty much "ideal" TK size. I also say go with one of the kits suggested above. I have an ATA, and I love it!

If you're set on AM (the new FX) be prepared to do A LOT of trimming. I'm 6'1" and a fit 200 lbs and I'm trimming every piece.

I'd say (as the troopers before me have) go with a TE derived / smaller suit. You'll end up with a nicer look in the end - Not saying AM isn't great (My AM - TX is looking AMAZING!) but you should look at a suit which is made for someone ~5'10 as it'll look more proportional then a trimmed down suit which could fit a trooper who is well over 6 foot tall and 230+ lbs
