Dirty?

Should the INC be dirty or just have the weathered red and scuff marks?

If by 'dirt' we mean dirty like a sandtrooper then I say and easy "no". If you mean weathered like a light weathering of a clone trooper or Republic Commando, then I'd say it's suggested but not required.

Not dirt but black (like carbon scoring)

 

an INC uses a flamethrower and all that smoke will leaves traces on the armor right?

Light Battle weathering like, carbon scoring, scuff marks, scrape marks, "battle damage" like the clones. No sand for Incinerator, leave the sand for the TDs....
