bodatheyoda Posted May 9, 2010 Report Posted May 9, 2010 99% done. Someone else has my bucket and I just have a few things left to attach...holster deflectors and thermal. The calves in these pics are a little off. I messed with them a bit after I took these and they are alot better now. buff! Quote
white zombie Posted May 9, 2010 Report Posted May 9, 2010 (edited) The knee plate is on the wrong calf and the thigh with ammo piece on the wromg leg. Edited May 9, 2010 by white zombie Quote
bodatheyoda Posted May 9, 2010 Author Report Posted May 9, 2010 Both leg pieces are on the wrong legs. lol...that makes me feel stupid but all I have to do is switch pieces heh. Quote
Trooper Zero Posted May 9, 2010 Report Posted May 9, 2010 Looks like he has two sniper calf pieces insted of 1 Quote
tkrestonva[TK] Posted May 10, 2010 Report Posted May 10, 2010 Can you mount your shoulder bells a bit more forward and/or closer to the shoulder straps? Your first photo shows a lot of undersuit showing at the shoulders. Quote
Runnriottt Posted May 10, 2010 Report Posted May 10, 2010 Wow... the new AM chest is huge. How tall are you? Quote
bodatheyoda Posted May 10, 2010 Author Report Posted May 10, 2010 6'1 and yeah I need to change the shoulder positioning a little I might trim more off the shoulder parts where they attach to bring it up more Quote
Trooper7753 Posted May 31, 2010 Report Posted May 31, 2010 Man i wish i could lay on the lounge like that in my AM lol I noticed in one of your pics with your arms up that you have a lot of room in the biceps area. With my AM i trimmed about 20mm of where they join then immersed them in boiling water to get a better shape. You may also have to trim the top of the bicep then sand it to blend in with the rest of the bicep area. Then get a heat gun and heat up the top overlap and bend it to shape Quote
Trooper7753 Posted May 31, 2010 Report Posted May 31, 2010 I think all you need to do for the shoulders is shorten the shoulder bell attachment where it joins into the top of the shoulder area and maybe just centre it more or position it to the front a bit. Are the shoulders bells attached by snaps to the main chest piece?? Quote
Trooper7753 Posted May 31, 2010 Report Posted May 31, 2010 Here are some pics of my AM kit just completed 1 week ago. Quote
Trooper7753 Posted May 31, 2010 Report Posted May 31, 2010 Here is one front on showing how the shoulder bells sit. I am not as tall as you are i am only 5 foot 8 but you still should be able to position the shoulder bells so they fit any frame size. Quote
