Is the Incinarator Trooper Legion Approved?

 

I realy want to do this trooper but if it is not approved I wont do it

It's Legion approved as of a few weeks ago.

Yup. The CRL's/EIB's are drafted off of the experience of the first Legion approved Incinerator Trooper, so if you comply with the CRL "must haves" you should be good to go.
