TK-6162[501st] Posted March 10, 2010 Report Posted March 10, 2010 Well gang, I have received my first helmet and after an attempt to try it on I noticed its going to need a considerable amount of trim just to get my melon through. With that said, the rubber trimming they supplied me with for the bottom of this lid is going to be void, to stiff, and all around 'just ain't going to get it once I start to trim away. Question is: I've seen some mods with what appears to be a softer more flexible rubber trim. What I came up with on a search was used for automotive windows, is this correct? Still a little foggy on the details. Any suggestions? Appreciate it! TK-IN PROGRESS Quote
tkrestonva[TK] Posted March 10, 2010 Report Posted March 10, 2010 Troopermaster - or pretty much any of the UKG guys - know where to get the good stuff. I believe it's from "Seals Direct" but I don't know any other details. Quote
