  1. I made my own duster using a modified pattern and the back pack is temporarily fixed using small screws until my Velcro tabs arrive
  2. Tonight's test fit. Getting close to finishing this now
  3. I make all the hard armour parts for Dengar. PM me for more info.
  4. From all parts of the biceps and only the backs of forearms, thighs and calves.
  5. You really should shave off the joining strips from the moulds.
  6. I've managed to get some work done on the kit over the past week. I've got the back pack trimmed and taped together and want to get some strapping riveted in place before I glue the parts together. The chest plate is trimmed and ready for the greeblies, shoulder straps and painted details. And finally the helmet. This has been trimmed and test fitted with magnets to hold everything in place. The eyes will be trimmed out before I glue the lens plate in place. More soon....
  7. So, I finally made myself a full kit in 1.5mm gloss ABS and have started the trimming today. I will get some photos posted very soon
  8. That ab plate looks extremely close to what I used to offer several years ago.
  9. That's what I did but they weren't linked. It's a pain starting a new page having to upload a lot of photos again but it has to be done.
  10. Done https://www.facebook.com/TMProps Please like
  11. Incorrect! All limb armour has moulded overlaps built into them on ROTJ armour.
  12. I'm trying to log in and it's asking for this information. I think it's because my account is not a real name. I just don't like sending private information if it's a scam but it looks like it's genuine.
  13. Is anyone else having problems logging into facebook? I am being asked to send a photo of myself and information which I do not wish to do. Will I have to make a new account and lose everything in my current account?
  14. While Derrek won't be making them in ABS, I will. I already know how I'll do it, but I'll leave that for my own build thread later
  15. My XL shins are 17" tall for anyone interested.
  16. I've had a bad tube of E6000 once before where nothing would stick. The glue just never cured properly. If you are using the same tube and everything else is sticking okay, you know the glue is fine. I use several clamps to hold the bridges in place and leave for two days to make sure the glue has cured properly. Not sure if there is anything else you can do except maybe try a different tube of E6000?
  17. Is the glue problem only on the shoulder bridges or were there other areas that didn't stick?
  18. Felix, Your helmet liner is facing the wrong way. The sweatband goes to the front and the adjuster goes to the back of the helmet
  19. You can have flat lenses in your ROTJ helmet if the vision is not good through your bubbled lenses.
  20. I knew I was wasting my time replying :/
  21. It's 10mm on the bottom and top corner cuts and 13mm on the sides. You have the numbers mixed up in your diagram. The rivet covers go almost to the end of the ammo belt which 40mm longer than the last ammo box. These numbers are approximate.
  22. Here are a couple of photos of the first test suit. I have made a new eye lens since these were taken. New photos will be shown once I pull myself a new kit and start the build
