  1. I was sent this nice photo of Marcel in his recently completed TM Snowtrooper kit. I think it looks awesome and wanted to share it with you guys to show you what the kits can look like when finished.
  2. FYI, TM kits fit 190lbs no problem.
  3. The nuts and screws are readily available here if you need help getting them?
  4. A simple way to remedy the problem is when you fasten your belt, make sure the abdomen overlaps the kidney and the chest cannot possibly catch the kidney.
  5. Great job on the armour I was going to mention the biceps but it they fit you fine, then no need to mess (unless you think you can taper them in at the bottom slightly?) You might have to trim the prongs on top of the back plate to allow you to lift it up. You can also trim the neck line deeper if you want to bring the chest up a bit too. These are things I do for people who a bit shorter than the desired 5'10" height.
  6. I have size small 6-6.5 rubber gloves if you need them.
  7. Congratulations Your armour looks awesome! Great job
  8. He should stick to flying the Millennium Falcon
  9. You're welcome And just to clarify, I did build the whole suit but Tom put his own hand plates and holster on the suit.
  10. I make armour for your size too. Here is a photo of my son who was about 4' 10" at the time and Steve (in TM Hero) is 5' 6" for reference.
  11. Okay. Why would you want to have a longer brow, especially when all the real helmets shown by Germain are like the one I built for Tom?
  12. Obviously you don't if you keep insisting the brow trims should be longer.
  13. Don't touch the brow. You don't understand how the helmets are assembled, Ian.
  14. Good job so far! You should glue the drop box elastic straps in place to stop them moving
  15. That's exactly what I do for people with large thighs. You have to do whatever is necessary to make the parts fit regardless if it's screen accurate or not.
