If you already have an approved 501st costume then follow the instructions in the first post of this thread. If you have no 501st approved costumes on file yet, then you don't receive a membership status change.

You have been granted 501st Member access because you don't have an approved TK in your Legio profile, only TD.

For 501st Stormtrooper status on FISD, yes you need an approved TK in your 501st profile. As a TB you will receive 501st Member access for this detachment which gives you access to more subforums than a standard non-501st member, but not some Detachment-specific forums. Please include a link to your profile and I will grant you 501st access.
