    Great job in general but what stands out are those strips on front of the leg parts, the strips should be 20mm wide and you should cover the flat surface were strips sit on, there's way too much material showing on each side of the strips, at 140lbs I doubt the legs are too small Mark (AP)

    Main concern are especially your thigh size Biceps: 18" Thighs: 28" Calves: 18"

    Beautiful build! It doesnt affect approval but I just find your belt cap covers too big, you can trim down square around circle a bit more.

    I would suggest you put two abs strips at the hinge area, this will add strenght and prevent plastic to split in time. Mark (AP)

    Alot of things are invisible from 10 feet away lol! you did a good job if its not visible within 3 feet, but like other have suggested go 1200-1500 then polish using any car polish. good luck!

    AP has the largest waist with new extended sides on AB/Kidney plates so you can trim down to fit your waist perfectly without shimming and also offer fully trimmed kits very easy to put togheter since trimming is the most tedious process of the build, trimmed AP helmets assemble in minutes using 8 nuts and bolts like movie originals.     Great job so far, but you need to remove more at the joint of the forearms and no return edge like movie original for a looser fit, no curved material should be visible at joint on inner forearm part, I can send you some pics if needed. Mark (AP)

    ROTJ is completely different helmet, its basically a reworked ANH so yes it has one side collapsed per original ANH. My AP helmet is basically a sanitized ANH stunt version which many prefer including me, has all the same asymetries minus all the bumps and surface imperfections to better represent the high tech Star Wars universe when seen in person.     AP armor AB and Kidney plates have 3" extentions on each sides so that you can trim down to your perfect waist size for a seamless accurate look without the need of shims, most will not fit in screen size suits without gaps and the reason I added those features, never had a complain since Mark (AP)
