Oh Nate. I is fat too. 5'8 and 200 lbs. I gave up troopin' cause I dont wanna look bad in the armor. IT IS HARD to loose weight at 41. I was 145 lbs when I was 20....crazy huh? I like food wayyyyyyy too much maybe we can all help each other. Does anyone have a guy diet? Just tell me what to eat. Dont tell me what NOT to eat

Hey everybody. I am writing this today because I think that I need to make something VERY clear to everyone who may buy decals from me in the future. ALL ORDERS FROM TK-4510 WEBSITE MAY TAKE 2-3 WEEKS FOR DELIVERY. ALLOW MORE TIME FOR SHIRTS.....3-4 WEEKS. This is clearly posted on my website..... Today someone actually filed a dispute with paypal. They placed their order on April 20th and 12 days have passed without their decals arriving so....I guess they needed to take action so they wouldn't get ripped off. I mean $7.50 is ALOT of money these days huh? Well, I shipped off the latest batch of decals today - which is unusual. They should be getting them soon. I also refunded the $7.50 and told them not to buy from me again. Something you probably should know about me. I work a real job unrelated to the Star Wars universe 5 days a week just like everyone else. I do my decals on Saturdays and Sundays and try to ship on Monday. Thats my routine every week. If you place and an order on Monday I wont even touch it until the following Saturday or Sunday. I just dont have time during the week and when I come home I dont want to do anything but help with dinner, homework, etc, etc...There is no time for Star Wars in that equation. I get alot of orders (and I am grateful for them) and it takes the whole day to make custom designs, produce the decals, place them in envelopes, rate postage for overseas and domestic, and hand fill out all "send to" addresses. I do all the work myself... I dont have helpers. Although I do have a good Inventory of most "in stock" decals, they still wait till the weekend just like everyone else. OCCASIONALLY, I will help a trooper who needs a decal ASAP because of a Con or something, but its not everyday. If you cannot wait 2-3 weeks for your order then my sincere apologies. Thats the LONGEST you will wait and not typical, you see? I have never and will never flake on any order. Sorry to rant. I hope you all understand. TK-4510

HAHA No sir... I sold off this armor over a year ago. I dont have much interest in actually suiting up anymore. Plus I am about 200 lbs....(I refuse to be a 5-0-fat 'er ) I am now fully engaged in restoring my 70 Camaro, Its my primary focus. - I do still have my blaster though Albeit without a D-ring .

One things for sure, Its a TE/TE2 bumpy cap derivative. The bumpy cap is not on most other helmets. So it could be any kind of helmet from the CAP recastings I think. If it is ABS this would be the first bumpy in ABS in a while. Possibly an old TE ABS bumpy? OR maybe...maybe TE2 has started making ABS helmets? So where did you get it?

HDPE is not going anywhere. Its what you drink your milk out of. Its the quart of oil container that you are pouring. Its used for mustard and other condiments containers. Folgers coffee containers. Its used in prosthetics. Its very flexible and usually comes in an off white or in any color but clear. Look on the bottom of any recyclable container for the recycle logo and it will tell you if its HDPE, PP (polypropelene) or ABS or whatever.

You can get HDPE here in any color but you have to buy 1000 lbs

Word has it there is this guy in the UK that makes boats, rafts and garden ponds and he uses the same stuff. Its like 30 years old though... lol:)

Pablo, I am still working on the hand painted ones. I have a set done but they dont look....eh, messy enough The traps are still shaped exactly to the indents so I wanna work on them some more. I am thinking about just morphing the Dave M's to fit better. Do you wanna give these a go when they are done? I must say too, that the Dave M's look pretty good on your TM already Did you modify them at all? Can you email me close ups of the decals? My email is applingfamily@cox.net Mike
