What's the best way to trim out the extra mold from the armor? Will a utility knife do the trick, or should i use a dremel?

Ok, great. I know it will be a big help for me too. When i start fitting the armor, ill need to be sure to accommodate wearing the brace. It shouldn't be too much of a problem for the armor i hope. Thanks Glen!

Has anyone wore a backbrace under their armor. Is it possible and acceptable. I wear one at work occasionally. Its made of black nylon and elastic. It wraps around my lower back.
