  1. The last picture helps. One side of the bell is bigger. Sent from my SM-G781V using Tapatalk
  2. B side! Sent from my SM-G781V using Tapatalk
  3. Hah! "( side being left." No idea why it turned into an emoji! Sent from my SM-G781V using Tapatalk
  4. https://imgur.com/a/2EMXJhz is this the right orientation for the shoulder bells? (a) being right side, ( being the left. Also, I apologize if this picture came up as a link. I'm still having issues with imgur being able to find the bbc code while using my phone. Normally, I upload photos from my phone and then use my desktop and have no issues. 5. Question. Do I trim this piece at the red line? Also, I think I'm supposed to cut these two pieces centered right here?
  6. The only thing left to do on my lid is the right ear that I trimmed too much off of. I've got a new one coming from DDD. I got the electronics installed after 3 hours of moving components around. I ended up taking out my hard hat liner to make room for @ukswrath sound system and hearing assist. There was no way me, my glasses, and Tony's gear would occupy the same space (my wife says I've got a big head). Just waiting on my fans to show up. So now I'm moving on to the important stuff! Rough trimming and first fitting of the arms and shoulder bells. I'm more nervous about this than the helmet! @justjoseph63 hopefully will be impressed with the lack of return edge on the wrist! Man, this AM armor really is for the bigger guys! So much extra to cut off.. I'll start fitting the biceps first.
  7. Tube stripes!
  8. I actually didn't paint the gap. I used mineral spirits to clean the gap out!
  9. It's flex seal I got from Home Depot.
  10. And yes, I've been hiding my ears! Trimmed way too much off and have got another set coming. More on that later.
  11. Lenses were pretty simple thanks to @justjoseph63 Tutorial It,s funny because I didn't have enough black to do both lenses but I'm not letting that slow me down! There's always black paint later. And the frown mesh attached with double sided gorilla tape.
  12. So I bought an $8 hardhat from Home Depot, brought it home and cut it to pieces with the dremel for the helmet liner. Added some Velco and installed it in my lid.. Next I'll knock the lenses and frow mesh out
  13. Hopefully, this looks better.
  14. I'm going to ask how this Vocoder looks as well. might as well take it all at one time! mind you I realize there is clean up to do with the flakes, I'm more worried about the lines.
  15. Now that I can see them up close, It looks like I need more work
  16. Teeth folks! let's pick my teeth! I apologize for not having them perfect. I'm no painter.
  17. Question, has AB paste been used to fill dimples then smoothed out so it's flush? Sent from my SM-G781V using Tapatalk
  18. I need to back away for the night cause I feel like the right ear needs a little " Je ne sais quoi". I'll sleep on it and get a new perspective tomorrow.
  19. @gmrhodes13 you are totally right. I trimmed more off of the left ear. it looks alot better proportionally to the helmet compared to the right ear. it makes the helmet look better size wise. Right ear is next.
  20. Question. Can I heat these ears up to reduce the gaps or should I trim more?
  21. What a great video. All of the little nuances about building, wearing, and acting like a Stormtrooper . Sent from my SM-G781V using Tapatalk
  22. I had no clue! Thanks.
  23. I really should go to bed! Faceplate and dome glue together. I think this brow height is good. And let me say, Twelve magnets aren't enough!
  24. Ok, so decals and brow trim added. And boy, take your time on applying these puppies. And, @MaskedVengeance I know you had a tough time with your teeth, do these look ok?
