  1. A little late to the party here but congratulations Matt and thank you for the story and the kind words! Must feel amazing to have something like this together with your twin! I can't even imagine the excitement! Hope you're doing well and congrats on achieving EI! How's Centurion coming along? Is your brother approved yet?
  2. Amazing work Kevin! Congratulations and welcome EI #1073!
  3. 44. 2024-02-17, Swedish Air Force Museum, Linköping (Hero, with DLT-19) My dream troop! Unifying my two largest interests, flying and Star Wars! The Swedish Air Force Museum in Linköping is in my opinion the best museum in Sweden, and I've always gone there when growing up, but the last few years when travelling the 6 hours from central Sweden (Stockholm) to southern Sweden (Helsingborg) where my family lives, we haven't been able to stop by because they have been closed on the days we've travelled. Needless to say, I was very excited about this troop! I really wanted to try out the flight simulators they had there but couldn't fit in my TK, unfortunately! With me taking a private pilots license and having my first solo flight coming up, that would have been nice to do! (haven't gotten to fly all winter so I'm rusty) I did however manage to sit down for the first time ever! L4 complete! It was also my first time rocking the DLT-19 If you've ever played War Thunder and the Swedish tree, you'll recognise many of the aircraft I'm showing! Below is the only existing B18 in the world. Probably my third favorite aircraft. Quick coffee break with Anakin Skywalker In front of the imported British Vampire Looks like a real life docking bay 327 control room! The J35 Draken (my second favorite aircraft) J37 Viggen (my favorite aircraft)
  4. Congratulations on the 50 troops!! Great work! It seems like you can request the 50 troops badge now if you haven't done so already Edit: I just saw that you had done so already!
  5. Congratulations on the 40 troops! well done! And those images looks so sick!!
  6. Hello Julien, welcome to the FISD and congratulations on becoming a TK in the Legion! Have you got any troops planned?
  7. Welcome to the ranks TK-11454!
  8. Hello and welcome to FISD Guillermo! Good choice with the stunt! We have a lot of information and build threads on that particular armor! It looks like you have got the sandtrooper sniper knee and buttons too, is that right? So like in 20 years from now when your armor is broken and yellow you can convert to a HWT and then after that a Sandy!
  9. 43. 2024-02-15, Astrid Lindgrens barnsjukhus (Astrid Lindgren's children's Hospital), Stockholm (Hero) My oh my, this is what I've always had in mind when signing up for this crazy hobby. We have just established contact with the largest hospital in Sweden and we are going to make this a reoccuring thing! We said hello at all the different parts of the hospital, and I got to play some ping pong as well! Me showing off the new merch for the lousy people who forgot to order! We always look so good in our Stormtrooper reserve gear!
  10. Hello there and welcome to FISD! Great documentation already here! I suspect this will become a very useful build thread for others that wants to print their own armor!

  12. This TIE brought a tear to my eye! Please welcome for the second time, TK-66744 to the Stormtrooper Hall of Fame, December 2023! @Morgi Troop log can be found here. Congrats on the 2nd award Luca! Amazing turnout and it must have been incredible to see this one up close! Other HOF recipients can be found here. 13. I had to shorten my torso a bit because I have slightly longer legs than upper body! So I had a full commission, with the original strapping put in place, which meant that the chest-to-ab connection is strong and doesn't let the chest overlap the abs at all, so what I had to do was to create new strapping to allow the chest to overlap the abs! Before: After: Is your upper body longer than your legs? Have you ever asked yourself that question before?

This was my reaction when I got the call!
  15. Congratulations Joseph!!! Can't wait to get started!
  16. Hello Hanson! Being 6" is very common, and with your weight I think you'll get it to fit you in a nice way with shims! I'm 6" (with shims) and for me the biggest thing was that the gap between the thigh and shins was a little bit large due to my long legs. What I did there was to just velcro the shins to sit a tiny bit higher on my boots to meet up with the thighs! Sometimes I put them too high if I haven't got a spotter with me, but that is the good thing about velcro, just do it again! I think you get the gist! But you'll get there when you get there, first off - THERMAL DATONATOR!
  17. Congratulations!! What a journey! Have you had that first event yet?
