The ANH TK is our most popular costume! I think it is a great choice too with all the different makers available! This thread might be a good read, if you haven't read it already!

Great! When you say Stormtrooper, do you mean the ANH (A New Hope) Stormtrooper?

Hello and welcome to FISD! It's an awesome idea you've got going on here! As for the Rebels TK helmet, I think WTF: Walt's Trooper Factory is one of the vendors, I've seen some Rebels Tie pilot helmets from there and some TKs before!

I think it sounds like a way forward to find common ground to have the grey components optional and then from a defined list of variations as seen on screen, pick a maximum of 3 (or something) of those!

I think the blasters will all be optional accessories ofc at basic, but for EI and Centurion maybe one could claim that the DLT-19 is the primary weapon since the text says so?

Yes it is definitely a ROTJ helmet! I'd go with a full ROTJ kit and use that as the base!
