I'm a big fan of the TK-Talkie, but am unsure of their current production lead times. It does everything an iComm does, but can do chatter loops and multiple character profiles as well. Definitely worth a look and I recommend it as an alternative. The only downside is that it does require external 5V/1A power via micro-USB, but it isn't a big deal. Here's a pic of my setup with an Aker 1506 and wireless mic, positioned so I can still reach their power buttons from the sides of my chest armor. Hope that helps!

Our POC had a little pen-light thing with the cog lens. Was a pretty cool effect for a night troop - I can ask him for details if you actually really want one.

Many mics are actually directional underneath the little puffy foam cover, so ensure it's actually pointed towards your mouth and not outward. I have mine literally almost touching my lips when I use it and that helps quite a bit. If you're using a wireless mic or voice modulator, you can usually turn down the mic pickup sensitivity as well. Good luck!

Orange County Light The Night - Irvine, CA - Sat. 11/9/24 (ANH-S #66, FTE #75) As a Hodgkin's Lymphoma survivor and a grateful beneficiary of their services in the past, this event supporting the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society was a special one for me. Attendees received lanterns that indicated if they were a supporter (red), survivor or current fighter of blood cancer (white), or attending in remembrance of someone who was lost to blood cancer (yellow), and they had a full program of fun activities at a local park. It was tough to see so many kiddos who also had white lanterns, but it was nice to be able to share my story with our host and a few attendees, and for them to see that the Empire supports them in their fight!

*Los Angeles Comic Con - Los Angeles, CA - Sat. 10/5/2024 Had a very successful Imperial patrol at Los Angeles Comic Con with TK-57899 "KC Grim", TK-62345 "Dsposat0", TK-42128 "equuspolo", myself TK-61490 "TheRascalKing", and TK/SL-88667 as our Vader! I've been following along closely and this is one of the most well built and accurate suits I've seen in a hot minute and Mike has done exactly what I would, and plan to, do to refresh my ROTK kit.
