  1. Would this be practical for a parade vehicle? Or for the stunts did they use a back support that was removed via movie magic?
  2. +1 for AM armor.
  3. Looking good future trooper! If I may, give the magnetic closure a look. Easy to put on and off.
  4. congrats! Make the empire proud on saturday!
  5. I replied back telling them Thank you for the helmet from bigbadtoystore. Asked when they will be shipping the standard kits to them so I can order and get it sooner and at a discount.
  6. Keep up the great work!
  7. Welcome! Check out some of the other AM builds on here, they will help with the helmet. Also look up Eric Dyck and his fantastic videos on assembling the AM helmet. For myself I used the helmet liner instead of padding, but also did the plastic dip of the interior.
  8. Just got a notice that it shipped. Label created for fedex, so there is hope..
  9. Still showing as "processing", so 1-2 days might not be accurate. Like a TK, they are missing the mark...
  10. It should, you could also look at RT mod. Have you had a chance to look at the getting started section?
  11. From the Anovos site, looks like they are referencing "design". I agree it doesn't say anything other than some double speak, but hey its the start of another 3+ year wait ANOVOS is proud to offer the upgraded design for the First Order Stormtrooper Helmet Accessory from Star Wars: The Last Jedi.
  12. Welcome! Following this build with interest.
  13. According to the website: Noticeable differences from the force awakens variant. It includes updated helmet clips, nose, teeth detail, and left-jaw aerator. This replica features adjustable sizing for a comfortable fit. No mention of lined, sounds like a hard hat sizing band to me...
  14. 6-9 business days for shipping out, so we will see. A little bit long for "in stock"...
  15. Just picked up one, thanks for the heads up on this (I hope to be good deal).
  16. AM as well, very happy with the quality and customer service (6'1" for me)
  17. I can attest as an OT TK and trooped together, this armor looks awesome and with the backpack appears very heavy! He gets tons of looks and to anyone with OCD his armor is "correct" compared to our wonkiness.
  18. I hope we will see him soon at a troop! Most important question now, who gets the BFG?!
  19. If you need new bells, Walt's makes a larger set now that you could use to trim down.
  20. Charcoal dust?
  21. I did the notch on my AM. While it is stressful making all the cuts, one thing to keep in mind is you will be adjusting your armor as you learn to troop in it. For me I cut the notch and posterior to match, and removed most of the return on it as well. Makes walking so much easier, when trooping I always seem to be in motion for pictures or high-fives. Doing a couple of long parades also showed the need for comfort. Check out Seans and AJ's builds, most of your questions have already been answered in there. Both were also good on followup details on changes after basic approval.
  22. Any ideas on how they are getting the armor on (overlap)? Really liking the gun
  23. That is wicked! Well done sir! And as Tony says above ^^^^, send it in to them
  24. Like Frank said, get some more pictures and post on pre-approval, lots more will see it there. First glance you need to tighten up the shoulder bells, tops should be next to the straps. Other than that, looking good!
