  1. Congrats! The AM 2.0 is a fantastic kit! I look forward to watching your progress. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  2. Hi Everyone! After 4 long troops, I noticed a few hairline cracks on my neck and in either side of the shoulder straps. I added a ABS doubler on the back side of the shoulder straps. In addition, is mixed up some structural epoxy and flocked cotton (FLOX). I made a filet around the inside neckline. Another easy way would to CA glue some ABS strips on the neckline. I gave it a little paint to blend in after everything dried. The next item I wanted to modify was my shins. I added some velcro inside the front of the shins and to the front of my boots. This should eliminate any rotation. Lastly, I cleaned and polished everything. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  3. In reality, the butt moves around quite a bit. If it is a little off, no one will ever notice. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  4. My notch lines up with butt plate perfectly. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  5. Lou, It's looking fantastic so far! I sent you a PM re: forearms with photos. Keep up the great work! Sean
  6. I built my Doopys blaster this past week. I decided to make a few mods, but not go crazy in this one. I definitely think another, more derailed, blaster build is in my future. Metal thumb screws, metal site pin, drilled out barrel tip. Modded parts prior to painting. My rag tag paint area. I’m using Rustoleum satin black. Here is the finished product. I’m going to keep the blaster looking new for now, to match my new armor. I’m sure there will be some weathering in my future. Cheers! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  7. Yes, EBI very shortly I hope. I think I can probably finish my blaster this week. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

  10. I just received my basic approval and 501st membership! TK 11485 reporting for duty! Now, I need to finish my blaster. I don’t think this is going to work.... Cheers! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  11. I just got my approval! I am now TK11485.....whoo hoo! Agreed Jordan! I think I will drop my thighs about 1/2" and raise the shins about the same. The knee will overlap the thighs if I tweak it. I imagine I will be doing a lot of tweaking as I start figuring out what works best. Cheers!

  13. So, I used a large pot of boiling water to dip the base of biceps for shaping. The ABS warm up relatively slowly vs heat gun and allows for pretty easy reshaping. The bottom (base) of the AM 2.0 biceps is very oval like. I was going to live with it, but at the last minute decided to reshape a bit. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
