  1. I thought you were home..at least there`s a chance of delivery then...very odd to just leave it on a porch/front door..anyways,,hoping for that BBB-post
  2. Report in Trooper, what`s the mission status
  3. Sorry to hear that, all the best to you guys!
  4. No worries, congrats on a great set of armor and good luck/have fun with your build
  5. Great looking armor - the wait is over - let the fun times begin
  6. Hey Simon and welcome to FISD Did you mean TK as in Stormtrooper? TS is Snowtrooper If it`s a TK then all helmet are pretty much assembled the same way and there are some great tutorials on Youtube, trooperbay and/or armorbuilding with TK1336 should get you sorted
  7. I can help you guys with that one, for basic and EIB (expert infantry badge) painting the ear bumps is optional and it doesn`t matter which one you paint of you choose to do so and you can paint more than one, personally I think it would look wierd to paint more than two, for Centurion you paint one of the bumps
  8. Say what?! didn`t know RS had their own Jet Great
  9. Did you get an estimate on arrival? Just curious if my guess came Close
  10. Here you go Kidding aside, hope it works out!
  11. All the motivation one needs
  12. Great to have you back and it sounds like you made alot of progress and for your questions, post some pics and we´ll know what to work with,...it`s worth the struggle And no need to rush, we are here to help whenever YOU are ready
  13. You can achive Centurion with bigger strips than 15 since it`s about uniformity, for screen accaracy (and best look in my opinion) you should try for the smaller version if possible...since the arms are relative small limbs I would try to avoid bigger than 20 (front and back) However it`s like Randy said about the raised areas, the cover strip is meant to cover does areas as much as possible, original armor did not have those ridges on the biceps, armors that do are intended to use the overlap method, not approvable at level3 (Centurion), hence the trickiness to assable said armor especially if one got bulging biceps Forearms are looking great by the looks of it How big of a cover strip have you planed for the back of arms? And it can be a different size compared to the front, just curious
  14. What Tony Said and...now you can do the "I`m half a stormtrooper, yes I`m - dance" at least that`s what I did when I had the torso strapped together
  15. Fingers crossed then although you`ve gotten some good advise from Paul that should sort you out the replacment was more an OCD thing on my part keeping the cover strip centred, doubt it even beeing "spotted" ones the armor is complete
  16. And don`t get me wrong, troopertalk app is great but this would mean one less item in ones suit
  17. That seemed pretty sweet, been fiddling with troopertalk but might reconsider now
  18. I checked in on your build from time to time so I know you did tremendous amount of work making the armor fit you and for that I salut you I have a few suggestions: Ab button plates seem to be a tad big Drop boxes (Centurion in mind) are aligned to end of the ammo belt at some pics and not at others, some glue needed perhaps? Could also be my eyes diceiving and if so please take no notice of me I think your first pic is Epic...you scroll down and...a stormtrooper emerges - says it all
  19. Impressive...most impressive, so many costumes..the force is strong with this one Edit: The Dark side obviosly
  20. Would it be possible to get a new forearm?
  21. I also really like the RO TK but I´ll wait and hope for an ABS version...but I will go for the "soft pack" version Good luck with the build
  22. One can never have to many Stormtrooper suits Would you go for the TK since you have a TD or the jedha-trooper with the backpack?
