Glad it helped mate. I doused the old label location with a grease fighting dish soap then put it in the wash with "Tough Stains" laundry soapwhich helped with the residue left behind. After a few washes it was barely noticeable.

Latest update: I have now tried using the same process as before cutting the foam to incorporate the bevel towards the chin, however the sewing machine did not like the bevel and created nasty uneven lines that make the ribs. Then pretty much destroyed "Mark I" trying to modify it. I was able to salvage the collar so far as to act as a liner for "Mark II". The good news is that I always anticipate for "Jedi mind tricks" and always have a back-up plan. Being a little trooper bound and determined helps too.

Yes, I was surprised too how comfy they were without any liners. They also have stellar customer service as well, considering the mass pressure demand on them right now. As for the patch, it was a total added bonus that I can't wait to put on a Aviators Bomber jacket with the other patches that happen upon along the way (Trooping jacket)

Totally welcome! I found out that my wife's "Non-acetone" nail polish remover worked well too and it didn't harm the material.

Worked like a charm - just needs to be washed a few times after

Tried them on and - for me - the up-size recommendation was right. I wear a Size 12 and ordered a US 13 - I also have wide feet. They fit like a glove now and will have room for the custom heat mold insoles I'm going to buy from Mark's Work Warehouse. One step closer to Centurion - and one great way to start the weekend!
