Cheers as always Dan - I appreciate it! Yes the wavy portion is the outside edge of the mold. I have a little cutting and filing to do or possibly smooth it out with the sealing iron to give a wider mounting surface for fastening.

Right then - I've decided there's no need for concern quite yet - the reason I feel they were a "Kinda letdown" was due to my opinion that they don't look bubble enough. However, I'm going to wait to see how they look in my bucket and then get opinions to see if it will meet CRL standard. "Stay Calm and Troop on" lol

Well 1st "Kinda Letdown" from the ebayster and one of the most noticeable components - yup just got my bubble lenses and hence the post above. I will post pics after Dubby (Dad/Hubby) Duties.

Later today I'm just going to post all the links on my build - a mini quick reference and cheat sheet guide as it were lol (got the idea from Knockerbot's equipment list which has been very handy so cheers mate!) It also saves having to scroll through all the threads you follow.

Right then, time to share... I have finished "Mark IV". Unfortunately, it did not turn out as well as I had hoped. The zipper portion ended up being more exposed than I had anticipated when I did the test fit. None the less here was the experience on this attempt, and nothing a quick order to Trooper Bay can't fix . While I'm at it I'm going to order my belt too - I'm just not cut to be a S.A.R (Sew and Repair) Tech...yet.

I will keep that in mind when it comes time to convert my future Hero to HWT! The only reason I didn't go that route was because I wasn't impressed with the other ones out there. Amazing work again mate!
