    I do admit it's challenging to juggle between Dubby duties and being limited to just 3 hours a day during the week but I am a firm believer in family first as much as it delays my progress lol - Back to making dinner [emoji23]

    Congratulations on getting closer! A blaster is a pretty big labor of love, not to discourage whatsoever. I'm still working on the molds for my E 1-1 blaster (been using that to help kill some wait time before my armor got here lol). It can be a lot of fun none the less!

    Great job on those eyes mate! The only thing I can really spot is that the edges of the eyes need a little filing/ sanding to smooth out the rough edges but it just may be the picture and the angle. Can't wait to see the rest!

    Yes, it's black abs 2" - I actually have 2" grey PVC conduit that I scooped from a construction bin. If you go to a new home area, you can ask the local contractors (electricians for some scrap) - worse case scenario you can buy it at Home Depot, but you get a 10' length. You can remove the lettering on the pipe using Clear PVC primer.

    Great news mates - iron was able to push the majority out so now I just need a little paste. The other tooth is barely noticeable.

    I will grab my other iron again but think I will have the same problem as last night with the notch.

    Cheers Danimal! Yes, I read that thread - he used a standard iron on his - problem that I'm facing (no pun intended) is that the ABS is really thick in that location and hobby iron is just not heating enough to make it malleable to push in.
