  1. Kool, yeah... that would make thing a lot easier for me! Thanks in advance K! Jess Extruded, you would have to bend them, etc. I really want them to be accurate, and there is still a great need. FOR THE EMPIRE!
  2. Hello my friends! I'm getting a quote on making a minimum order of 5000 accurately sized T-Tracks (about 10" in length). Requesting they be made of black ABS plastic. I'll let you know if it's feasible. Kind Regards, Jesse
  3. It took me more than two years to complete my suit, all while going through a separation, then a divorce, losing my job, picking up the peices of my life and relocating to another town... I stuck with it. You just need to take your time. DO NOT QUIT... EVER! ------------

  10. Oh man! I'm sorry, but that's pretty funny.
  11. Thanks, the only thing I changes were the mic tips (to Keith's), and the frown mesh. Oh, and I added the chin straps.
  12. Yes, they are awesome! I just ordered my second one. Here is a review I did on the 1st one.
  13. I'll be posting a tutorial soon on how to make your helmet more durable.
  14. Good work! I have a set of those mic tips as well. Made of aluminum?
  15. I used Plastic weld, and glued them shut. Sometimes I use painter's Caulk if the gaps are tight enough, then prime and paint. I might also (very carefully) use a heat gun to get the curves to match up. But for the most part I just use a pencil, marking where I need to sand it down, following the curve of the lid. That alone is the best way, just leave yourself enough to play with. Can't go back, once it's gone, it's gone.
  16. I heartedly agree with you sir! :3po:
  17. Ooooh I like those better!
  18. I used knee pads for my ATA lid. ---------
  19. I posted my build on here as well.
  20. Yeah, I think I bought 20. Could have used more.
