The coverstrips for the forarms and biceps is 15mm. So trim each pc. To 7.5mm and your good. Make sure you have plenty of magnets, you can never have enough.

They are supposed to match. The angle of the sniper knee must match angle of shin. Those screen shots are from one beat up shin. I imagine it shifted from excessive use.

That does look sharper! Why is there only three screws in vent cover? As a tip too I recommend using something like a torx screw or something similar that doesn't look like a Phillips head. Pan head screws also look better then buglehead like you used.

The glue is only glued to the paint. So I'm not saying it could fail but that's not as strong as scuffing plastic and bonding to that. Give em a tug. If they stay, cool. Nothing worse then something falling off while trooping. I know my pack gets a workout. Especially with door frames. Doh!

I'd wait till you have it put together with ears and all to see where it ends up. When your at that point check out the great helmet photos in the gallery. You'll see the egg shape and how much plastic is on the chin. Helmets are always tough. Take your time and you'll get there. This is just one of the hundred panic attacks you'll have. I'd go with what Tony says.

Plus you looked a little heavy on the bottom of faceplate. When you're done the opening will still be egg shaped. You have to do the twist when putting the bucket on or crunch your nose.

Looks good! Just need some weathering on it. Have you tried it on yet? I made sure it fit and wearable before I did the finishing touch's. Your getting there! Great job.
