  1. Welcome to the FISD Cameron! You've got great advice right there. The only thing I can add is check out the Advanced Tactics section and see how far you can go to get that AM to movie accurate. Good Luck Future Trooper!
  2. I'll take two Joseph. Thanks brotha! Sent from my LGMS631 using Tapatalk
  3. If I claim to have multiple personalities can I get more then 2? Lol! This is great news and patch looks great!
  4. Packs looking great! You'll be ready to go when your RT comes in. Keep up the good work!
  5. Great looking HWT all around Shawn! Hope you get your DLT soon!
  6. Congratulations on your purchase Ron! Glad to hear your aiming for Centurion. Can't wait to see your build thread. Make sure you sign up with your local garrison as they can help also. Good Luck Future Trooper!
  7. Great looking Commander Daphne! Well done! Good Luck!
  8. Looks good Shawn! You just need to lose ammo box's and holster and your looking good.
  9. Welcome to the FISD Jim! Nice to see another RT-MOD and HWT combo. Good luck with your build. Looking foward to seeing you progress on it.
  10. Your local GML can handle that. Submit photos as usual. Sent from my LGMS631 using Tapatalk
  11. Armor looks great! So does the blaster. Just need some weathering. Good Luck Mark!
  12. I use the powder from scraping an artist charcoal pencil. The one's used for sketching. I use the same kind of brush as Joseph. Mine wipes right of with Novus polish. Easily.
  13. Yes!!! Join the ranks!
  14. Welcome to the FISD! All the info you need is here. The best thing to do is look at some build threads of the maker of your armor. A lot of research goes into putting a set of armor together. Take your time and most of all no CA glue! Good Luck future Trooper.
  15. No problem. I think we have the same pouches. I attached mine on the edge of the pauldron as low as I could with two pop rivets. One under pouch flap and one on inside of same pocket down inside. I used a pc. Of abs in pocket to reinforce rivet.
  16. Looks like the pauldron one will face the wrong way. It should angle to the right.
  17. For my shoulder pouch I attached it to the pauldron. I tried it on the strap without any luck. It didn't sit right and would interfere with bell when lifting my arm. A plus is that I still have it on when I take a break from the pack on those long troops. My approach for the waist pouches wouldn't work for you as I used metal and magnets with clips. Either suggestion you read would work great. Good Luck your almost there! Sent from my LGMS631 using Tapatalk
  18. Welcome to the FISD Kurt! Looks like your on your way. Just make sure you have plenty of magnets. You can never have enough. The clamps work ok on edges but that's it. And keep a check on glue joints after you set clamps and magnets. E-6000 can creep a little and you don't want to find a coverstrip moved on you. Good luck future Trooper and may the Swartz be with tou!
  19. Way to go Joseph! Troopers helping Troopers! Seems like your putting a lot of stress on those rivets. Are you doing something like bending or worse trying to sit? If they connect the kidney to Abs maybe use some kind of hidden connection to help with pressure on the pieces.
  20. Hey Michael! Welcome to the FISD. Just an FYI don't get the acetone on your armor. Don't try to clean with it or remove paint with it. Your armor will take a beating. Good luck!
  21. Awesome! Congratulations Shea! Well done
