    I agree with Allen. I have Imperial Boots and they are high on the ankle and close up snug around them.

    You could and hope the GML doesn't pick up on it, but that wouldn't be accurate and would hamper you going EIB and Centurion. How bad can it look? Posting a picture could show us.

    I'm right with you. Except the hairspray. I feel that that will eventually build up in crevices like on helmet and coverstrips. Mine rubs off a little, Mainly from Hug's from fans. So they get to go home with a little blaster residue as a reward. Best of Luck on your march to Centurion Sarah. And one day I'll get down to Conn. To troop with you!

    I think what he means is not every make of armor have the durable return edge to support the brackets without damage.

    I take door #1 for the block. I just trimmed both edges down and used coverstrips inside and out. The thighs left me two spots on edge detail that I had to fill in as Rob trimmed mine for overlap. Didn't know to tell him I was doing coverstrip when ordering. But it was an easy fix. Hope that helps Paul.

    Welcome to the FISD Robert! The hand plates should look about a 1/4" thick. Glad to see you started a build thread.
