  1. I'm not crying. You're crying! Great to hear he is doing better Teresa!
  2. Some do it cause it makes it harder to see the wearer and it gives a nice clean look inside bucket.
  3. They're both great sets. AP being around longer then Walt. Walt offers a "Bigger" ab and kidney but It won't go that big without shims. I'd go with the AP for that reason if it was me. Good Luck!
  4. It sure does affect the fit. The idea of a return edge is to create illusion of thickness. Some places need it but that's a spot you could lose it. The only return edge I kept on mine was in the center raised area and that was trimmed to just overlap seam in bicep. Definitely put heatgun down. Too hot too fast. Waterbath is more controllable. You'll get it. Once you do you can shorten strap on top to pull them in closer.
  5. Congratulations! I came as fast as I could when you typed HWT! Glad to see another Trooper joined the ranks. You're looking good just need to dirty you and that pack up a little. Looking foward to your EIB application soon! Have fun out there!
  6. You sir are a master! And you're wanted back on set! The whole set up came out awesome Glen. Wish I could see you in action!
  7. It looks like it has a return edge that keeps it off the bicep. You could trim that down and that should help bell move in. How about a picture of the return edge so we can see how much you have.
  8. I'd say your doing a killer job ShaSha, but you already did it! Keep up the great work you already did.
  9. Great tutorial! And funny too! Well done Kman!!

    Nerdy questions

The troopers shins are on the wrong legs. Kneeplate is peaking out from under ammo pack.
  11. Congratulations Christian! On the first of many memorable Troops!
  12. The first thing I noticed was your belt doesn't look like it is RS. And the holster is to far back and is set up Hero style? Besides that it fits you well.
  13. Looking good! But I'd check everything before you head out to the office.
  14. Gotta love the blue strip Trooper! Progress! Keep up with putting together and trim after you suit for first time and see where everything sits.
  15. Great looking build! Good Luck!
  16. I use Gorilla Gel glue for mine. I put glove on run a bead down center from knuckle to wrist and hold guard in place for a couple minutes. Then add glue working from center to edges till glued securely all around. Leaving slight overhang over knuckles.
  17. So nice of you to LET Jedi win Great report Glen.
  18. Congratulations! Welcome to the ranks!
  19. Congratulations! Have fun out there!
  20. Pack looks great! Seems like a lot of work to put tube on everytime. My Husky holds all my armor including helmet. As for DLT it's scratch built and has it's own case I strap on top of bin to wheel in. As for pack, I wear it in. Gives them a preview so to speak. Good Luck in whatever way you do it. Just glad to see another HWT making it happen!
  21. Congratulations! Looking like a "Hero"!
  22. Ha! A week! Giggle Congratulations!
  23. Looks good to me. You could bring both thighs down a half an inch and really look evenly spaced with black and still miss. A tip is to put a pc. Of foam on the bottom of thigh in back to keep armor tight against thigh avoiding contact between it and sniper knee. Your belt should come up also. It should be right overlapping control panel almost touching bottom button. Besides that You did a great job! Good looking set you have there!
  24. Your cruising right along! Looking good! Nice Fett Tat!!
