  1. The coverstrip needs to meet where raised edge starts. Are you using the compression top when mocking up pieces? A picture of it on you blue taped up would help. The picture you showed is huge for a coverstrip. Did you remove all return edge yet? It helps. Start a build thread in the ANH section. Post up some photos and we'll be able to help you along the whole way. Glad to have you here Future Trooper!
  2. Congratulations Andy! Welcome to the Ranks!
  3. Bucket is coming along nicely! As for the body. I remember following Crickets and then Sha Sha's build. Both great to follow which I'm sure you are. I would have to say everything needs to be made smaller to fit your frame. Putting return edges back on will be the hardest. But technically no return edges are required. Just for illusion of thickness. Best of luck Future Trooper!
  4. Good Luck with approval! All easy fixes.
  5. Congratulations Brett! Well done! Easy fixes for Centurion!
  6. Once you figure out how to load images. Review pre approval procedure and post all info. Put on costume and take photos. Individual parts dont work for an approval. Love seeing another HWT in the making! We'll be here waiting......
  7. Congratulations Jose! Welcome to Centurion!
  8. Congratulations Jeff! Welcome to the higher Ranks!
  9. Congratulations!
  10. The paint in the photos looks good know. They end nicely on top and bottom and don't leave frown area. Good scraping. Sent from my LGMS631 using Tapatalk
  11. Agreed. To me there's to much flash on the Anovos bucket. IMHO The choice is yours. I know the public gaze right to the helmet. I opted for the cleaner squared look. Cause, well it's cleaner. Sent from my LGMS631 using Tapatalk
  12. I'm not saying Tony or Joseph would disqualify you for it. I'm sure they would recommend it since you're going the whole accurate route. A little clean up doesn't hurt the look and Anovos is known to need it. Keep up the good work! You'll be covering a shift for me before you know it! Sent from my LGMS631 using Tapatalk
  13. Me too! When I was in the store I looked up and there it was! Sent from my LGMS631 using Tapatalk

  15. Congratulations on BBB Day! Love your countdown time from order to arrival. I'm not 100% sure but I believe the rounded corners of teeth will need to be corrected for Advancement to higher levels. Good Luck with your build! We're all here to help you along the way.
  16. Looking Fantastic! Wear it with pride my RO Brother! Congratulations!
  17. Congrats on BBB Day! Looking foward to your build thread! Good Luck Future Trooper!
  18. Ah yup. Great costume and workout!
  19. Hey I know this Guy! Good Luck Brett! You did I great job on your build!
  20. That navy will look good. With your great weathering even better! Sent from my LGMS631 using Tapatalk
  21. This is coming from a fellow member and only my opinion. The belt ahould be ok for basic approval. But what are the two black circles? Those don't belong. For higher levels 4 rivets need to be added to each side. The paint. I love the battle damage of your original but the blue to me is to dark. Of the two colors you have to choose from the Navy on the right is closer to the look you're aiming for. I used Tamiya TS-15 Blue on my Commander. Good strong durable paint that works great with plastic. Good Luck!
  22. I used project boxes and homemade the others from black .060 styrene for mine. Real durable. Before I glued covers on I drilled for #10 machine screws and used combo"s of nuts washers and lock nuts and cut washers for good measure. Whatever way you come up with make sure it's durable. The pack takes a beating not only from you hitting things but other Troopers banging into it. You learn to watch your turns. Have you started a build thread? We love pictures! Plus it helps us help you to the fullest. Good Luck Future Heavy!
  23. Not if you use lock nuts like I did.
  24. Congratulations on EIB Jenny! See you in the Centurion Section soon! Well done Trooper!
  25. I bought mine in the Tandy store and they were the bottom ones. I would use the bottom ones for ab and butt pair. They look better.
