    The thicker your armor is, the more stable it might be, but the pull is sharper (better in detail) if the material is thinner. Btw. I deleted your double post

    Hello Troopers - We need your help! We are trying to get the forums nice, tidy and less confusing again. As some of you may know, we have lots of useful informations in here, but sometimes you're flooded by the huge amount of threads in one section. Example: Getting Started - Read this First! has 18 pinned topics. And you should read them first. All of them. That's a bit too much for a new member, so we'll have to do an analysis on the different forum sections to sort out what has to be changed. Please help us making the FISD forums better! What can you do? Tell us your experiences! How was your first day on the FISD? What was most confusing? If anything - what was easy to find? What or who helped a lot? Is there something in the forums that is just totally useless? Let us know, so we can make skimming the forums easier!

    That just straightup sucks. When did you wear it the last time? Maybe it's worth to share it on facebook to find the thief and warn others to avoid buying the stolen armor? Feeling so sad for you :/

    The helmet seems to sit a bit high. Do you have a thick layer of foam inside? Also there's a huge gap between your back plate and your kidney plate - are they connected? The rest looks totally fine. Great work!

    At my home town there is a electronics shop where you can let your stuff be 3d printed. they charge per printing hour. Maybe this is a option? Don't know if there is something similar, where you live. I also recommend to read through some topics of "The Foundry" - it's the FISD section especially created for armor makers.
