Hey everyone, A couple of weeks ago, I joined some members of the Ohio Garrison in celebrating a boy's birthday. He turned 7. He is also fighting cancer for the second time and the prognosis is not good at all. We met Aiden at a gaming place and from what his Mom said, he was sick to his stomach that morning and in a lot of pain. But when he saw us in out SW costumes, he had a smile that's priceless. I want to continue to let Aiden know the 501st is still thinking about him and that we are praying for him. I have talked to his Mom and she liked my idea of a Facebook page for Aiden where pictures and well wishes can be posted to Aiden. Trading cards and collage of pics, something physical was talked about but timing wise, I think FB page is the best option for now.... If you want to take part in this, please post a pic here, PM me a pic or PM for my email. I will post the pic and your message on the page and Aiden's parents will show him. Obviously, keep it only Star Wars characters. I think the best ones would be you in your costume holding a Get Well sign for Aiden. Or it can be a pic of your helmet with a message. Anything to hopefully bring a smile to this little boy's face and help him forget, even for a moment, what he is going through. Please include your TK ID and your nickname if you would like that posted along with your ID. Once I have some pics and the page set up, I will share the link here. To keep junk from being posted on the page, I will be the only one who can post. Thank you very much and hope we all pull together for a little boy!

Great job! Only suggestion I have is try bringing in the shoulder bells tops closer to the shoulder straps. Also move the TD clips out so they align with the end caps. Good luck

Congrats on getting your kit! I have AP and love it. Take your time, measure multiple times. All those pieces can be intimidating but once you start, you'll find your having more fun than you thought it would be. Hope you go for E6000 glue. Looking forward to seeing your progress

I had the great honor to troop at the Cincinnati Children's Hospital on May 21st and then at a birthday party for a little boy who is now fighting cancer for the second time. The smiles on the kids faces are priceless. These touched my heart so much and meant so much that I could help them forget reality for a few moments. One boy at the hospital was in a wheel chair but he found the strength to stand up to have his picture taken with us! Glad for the bucket cause I teared up seeing that strength..... Out of respect for the privacy of the kids and families, I will not post any pics with the kids. Hospital - May 21st Okay, so I'm no artist Birthday party May 23rd We were waiting for the b-day boy to get done with playing laser tag. He had no idea we were there. The smile on his face when he saw us is something I will always remember. This event was short notice so the way the Ohio Garrison came out, I became even more honored to be part of the 501st and do things like this!

May 9, 2015. Cincinnati Rollergirls Inaugural Star Wars night. Had a lot of fun with the fans and the rollergirls!! Outside the Cincinnati Gardens....so much history in that place! First the Beatles, now Snaps and the Ohio Garrison lol What it's all about What it's all about We successfully secured the Cincinnati Gardens Wonder if there were droids in the Gardens.... Telling R2 to behave himself! I kept trying to steal the rollergirls lightsaber...the guy in the yellow shirt kept telling on me. Rebel scum! Bad idea stealing their lightsaber... Leading the team onto the rink
