Just a thought guys but metal replicas are not allowed at many troops , none in the UK for sure Would be great to have a decent one for display though .

Looking real nice so far, what you using for the barrel ? PVC soil pipe is a good size for the main part (larger diameter) I used guttering downpipe for the smaller on mine but its a bit narrow ( Same idea for conecting the barrel in too , us brits think alike -----------

Fill the holes and paint it , splash on some weathering .....

ROTJ scope was not a found item but made from a cut down long scope riveted into plastic cup or lid of some kind with a mahined greeble on the end , it was then attached to the rail with a weaver scope ring. If you look at the the han Solo ROTJ Dl44 in magic and myth its just the scope part as the cup must have been broken off in filming or lost perhaps Also the Han Solo has a larger diameter scope end I thinksuggesting they were made from diffeent scopes they had lying around and cut down.

Hi guys , as far as i am aware the only scope used on ESB E11s was the M19 or 32 , this is on stunt and hero versions, there could have been M38/ 40s on some of the hero E11s but without any proof ( blurays forthcoming) this is the current accurate scope. Although considered the snowtrooper blaster the stunt was used in the Bespin scenes as well by TKs. here's a pic of pugmans ESB stunt and you can clearly see it is an M19 or 32 ( hope this is OK to post sir ) it has the side adjuster and the forward foot is connected to the bottom of the front section , on all the others its behind this on the start of the back section as it cones out. I see what John means it does look longer from the other side but this could be the angle or down to the casting, its at least 2nd generation possibly more. hope this helps chaps

Agreed vern its lotsa fun Here's the thing guys , when i first got into this hobby i bought a few props that were supposedly accurate , as i learned more I found they were not and ended up being dissapointed with them. If you went on a troop with one of these someone is gonna eventually point out all that is wrong with them, thats fine if its advertised as an approximation of an e11 blaster and you wont be annoyed but its not saying that and its up to some to point that out.

Not bad but again lots of little innacuracies, grip wrong angle,bump behind grip to small ,step at the rear wrong shape etc , they all look well put together and painted though so if your not worried about total accuarcy then they are Ok if the prices are good. If they are not then search around and get your moneys worth

MG 15 dont look to bad to be honest , scopes arent accurate but reasonable approximations , the base gun looks to be a cast off a real one though so if the price is good ....how good is the price

What vern said he's right ,they look good but loads of innacuracies on the e11s ...all of them! and the DL44s are wrong too they are M32 mausers ( airsofts by the look) and not the 1896 broomhandle that was used in the movies.Sorry but if they say they are accurate and they are not ....its up to nerdy blaster nuts to say Not saying your nerdy or a nut Vern They even have the link to the parts of star wars website and they are not accurate to what is up there !
